Everyone who has had a sciatica or pinched sciatic nerve knows the pain that can be caused. It sometimes start with an ache in your lower back that gradually seem to increase down your leg and farther it goes the more severe the pain becomes. What causes them? Sciatica issues can be caused overtime or from something more immediate. For instance, some of our clients conditions are caused from older trauma, i.e. sports injuries or accidents that we never really treated or fully recovered from.  Others can be caused from not being properly supported while sleeping or improper repetitive movements. Regardless how it may have occurred not doing anything to find a cure for your sciatica is not an option. Cures for pinched sciatic nerves can vary. Most people when they are in pain, seek medical advice without looking for other options often resulting in taking some type of prescription drug to provide temporary relief. Many issues that cause pain including sciatica issue are caused by the muscles. As muscles receive trauma they tighten causing them to pull your skeletal structure out of balance.
